Position Summary
The IT Technician provides hands-on technical support for hardware, software, and network systems across the organization. This role is responsible for troubleshooting issues, maintaining IT equipment, and ensuring users have reliable access to technology resources.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, applications, and connectivity.
  • Set up and maintain user accounts, permissions, and profiles.
  • Assist with inventory management of IT assets and equipment.
  • Support audio/visual equipment and conference room technology.
  • Document support activities and update technical manuals as needed.
  • Collaborate with IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education and Experience
