IT Help Desk Analyst Location: Conyers, GA – Onsite
Interview: In-person
Duration: 10 Months Contract
Rate: $20/hr on W2
Local Candidates Only 

We are looking for an IT Help Desk Analyst with strong Call Center and Customer Service experience to support Online Services in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle approximately 65–90 customer calls per day while maintaining quality and service standards.
  • Assist customers with DDS Online Services account creation/access, identity verification, address changes, and digital license issuance.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and provide accurate, professional resolutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Work effectively with internal teams, stakeholders, and business partners.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and departmental projects.
  • Stay current with applicable policies, procedures, and technology updates.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Minimum 2 years of recent Call Center or Customer Service experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computer applications and standard business software.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • High-volume call center experience.
  • Driver''s license transaction experience.
  • Identity verification or credential issuance experience.
  • Windows 11 and Microsoft Office experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer issue resolution skills.
