Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and analytical IT Finance Analyst to serve as a liaison between the Information Technology and Finance teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field who is eager to build a career at the intersection of finance, technology, data analytics, and AI.

The successful candidate will support financial reporting, budgeting, ERP analytics, and process improvement initiatives while helping bridge communication between business users, IT application teams, and finance stakeholders. Exposure to Infor CloudSuite, Infor EPM (Enterprise Performance Management), AI tools, and data analytics is highly desirable.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial & Accounting Support
  • Assist with automating budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities including monthly financial close and reporting processes.
  • Automating financial and operational data analysis to identify trends and business insights.
  • Support variance analysis and cost optimization initiatives.
IT & Business Systems Support
  • Work closely with Finance, IT, and business users to understand requirements and system needs and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Assist in maintaining and improving financial and operational processes within Infor CloudSuite, including reporting, planning, and analytics in Infor EMP.
  • Participate in ERP enhancement, testing, documentation, and user training activities.
  • Assist in evaluating emerging AI technologies and use cases within Finance and IT.
Education And Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Internship or coursework related to Finance, ERP systems, Analytics, or IT.
  • Exposure to:
  • Infor CloudSuite
  • Infor EPM
  • Microsoft Power BI
  • Microsoft Copilot or AI tools
  • SQL or data visualization technologies
  • Understanding of business process mapping and workflow improvement.
