Qualifications:
FUNCTIONAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
12 years of Information Technology/System Engineering experience
5+ years of strong experience in Object Oriented design and development skills with.NET technologies (ASP.NET and C#)
1-2 years of strong experience in GUI design and development in .NET technologies including JavaScript, HTML/XHTML, CSS and cross browser implementations, Storyboards and simple HTML Prototypes
Must have experience creating ASP .NET custom controls
Experience with Telerik controls is a major plus
Experience with .Net 4.0 (plus minimum experience with .Net 3.5)
Proven experience writing Oracle Stored Procedures and Packages
Experience developing Mobile Applications is a major plus
Experience with Windows Workflow Foundation is a major plus
Must have experience with N-tier architecture, full software development life cycle, and ORM
Experience with Oracle 10G and 11G RDBMS including (Structured and Unstructured search capabilities)
Must be will to, and have experience with, authoring/providing input for the following documents:
Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM), System Design Document (SDD), Logical Design Document (LDD), System Requirements Document (SRD), and System Architecture
Experience creating Data Flow Diagrams, Class Diagrams, and Sequence diagrams
Experience with Microsoft Windows 2008 and MS Team Foundation Server is a must
Must be able to understand business and functional requirement specifications to produce detailed designs and functional application code that conforms to coding standards/practices
Must be willing to lead, and have experience with, peer reviews of design documentation and code reviews
