Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Repair vehicles to factory standards.
  • Be able to use OEM software to diagnose problems.
  • Repair light, medium, and heavy duty vehicles.
  • Keep track of warranty parts and get the required parts turned it.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with employees and foremen.
  • Complete knowledge of in house business systems and along with other partner systems.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and maintain composure.
  • Ability to work independently and to meet deadlines.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
