Job Summary

A growing food and beverage production operation in Fresno, CA is seeking an IT Administrator to support and strengthen its internal technology environment. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for an IT professional who enjoys hands-on systems administration, end-user support, network access management, and working closely with business and operations teams.
The IT Administrator will help bring key IT functions in-house, supporting office users, manufacturing systems, ERP access, Microsoft 365, endpoint protection, VPN connectivity, and IT asset management. This role offers strong visibility across the organization, the opportunity to make a meaningful operational impact, and the ability to help improve processes, security, documentation, and system reliability.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer user accounts, permissions, security groups, and access controls across Microsoft 365, ERP systems, VPN, and endpoint protection platforms.
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for end users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, connectivity, and application issues.
- Manage network access, including wired, wireless, and VPN connectivity, while supporting workstations, mobile devices, and plant-connected equipment.
- Document technical resolutions, maintain knowledgebase materials, and support internal audits, compliance needs, and IT process improvements.
- Partner with IT leadership and external vendors on system upgrades, technology implementations, security enhancements, and infrastructure improvements.
- Enforce IT policies related to data protection, acceptable use, access management, and secure technology operations.
