This position offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams across planning, operations, and IT, ensuring that demand forecasts are accurate, actionable, and aligned with strategic objectives.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and manage robust forecasting models tailored to business needs.

  • Support and optimize the demand planning process by enhancing forecast accuracy and operational responsiveness.

  • Leverage your expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse (RR) to develop scalable planning solutions that integrate seamlessly across functions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholdersincluding supply chain, operations, and business analyststo align forecasting efforts with organizational goals.

  • Continuously analyze and improve forecasting techniques using data-driven insights and best-in-class methodologies.

  • Ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability for all demand planning tools and platforms.


Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in IT development, particularly within forecasting and demand planning functions.
