An IT Customer Support specialist is a professional who assists users in resolving technical issues related to computer systems, software, hardware, and networks. They provide support through various channels such as phone, email, chat, or in person. Their main goal is to ensure that users can effectively use technology by diagnosing problems, offering solutions, and guiding users through troubleshooting steps.
