Job Title: Account Executive - IT Consulting Services
Location: New Jersey (Preferred)
Work Model: Hybrid (NJ-based candidates preferred)

About the Role
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Executive - IT Consulting Services to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience selling IT consulting and/or IT staff augmentation services and a strong understanding of modern technology solutions including AI/Data, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Enterprise Applications.
This role focuses on acquiring new clients, and driving revenue growth through consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new business development by identifying, prospecting, and closing opportunities for IT consulting and staff augmentation services
  • Sell one or more of the following service offerings:
  • AI & Data Analytics
  • Cybersecurity
  • Cloud Solutions
  • Enterprise Applications (Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges and technology needs
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle: lead generation, discovery, solution presentation, proposal, negotiation, and closure
  • Collaborate with recruiting, delivery, and leadership teams to ensure successful fulfillment and client satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline reporting in CRM tools
  • Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive offerings

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in selling IT Consulting Services and/or IT Staff Augmentation services
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience selling technology services in at least one of the following areas: AI/Data, Cybersecurity, Cloud, or Enterprise Applications
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Experience working with US-based clients preferred

Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven track record of building client relationships and book of business in the IT services space
  • Experience selling enterprise applications such as Salesforce, SAP, or ServiceNow
