Summary:
We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to grow our IT consulting services by identifying and securing new client relationships. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities, engaging decision-makers, and positioning our firm as a partner for IT recruiting solutions. The ideal candidate is proactive, confident in outreach, and skilled at building relationships and closing new business. You will be responsible for developing a pipeline of companies with current or upcoming hiring needs and converting them into clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target companies with current or future IT hiring needs.
  • Conduct outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, phone, and networking to generate new business opportunities.
  • Schedule and lead discovery meetings with hiring managers, HR leaders, and executives. Understand client hiring needs and present tailored recruiting solutions.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospects from initial contact through closing.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations.
  • Negotiate and close service agreements with new clients.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to support repeat business and account growth.

Required Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, staffing sales, or IT consulting sales.
  • Proven track record of generating and closing new business.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable engaging with senior-level decision makers.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment. Experience using CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline.
