IT Change Management Analyst/Service Delivery Manager

This role will lead the definition and documentation of service delivery processes.

This role will work with the build and deployment team and also be responsible for Compliance and Reporting

Monitors, reports, analyses and escalates as needed on day-to-day operational execution of IT Services

Leads the development and management of all operational service metrics, scorecards, and continuous improvement opportunities
