What We Need

Corpay is seeking a Director, Employee Experience IT Automation within our Corporate Overhead division based outside the Atlanta area. This position falls under our information security line of business. In this role, the Director, Employee Experience IT Automation is responsible for defining and executing the technology strategy that modernizes how employees receive IT services, access systems, obtain devices, collaborate, and move through the employee lifecycle. This leader owns the roadmap for automation across onboarding, offboarding, workforce transitions, endpoint services, access governance, collaboration platforms, service management, and digital workplace technologies.

As a Director, Employee Experience IT Automation, you will be expected to work in an onsite environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

 Role Responsibilities

 The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Developing and executing the enterprise strategy and roadmap for employee technology automation, self-service IT capabilities, AI-enabled support, workflow orchestration, and digital workplace modernization.
  • Establishing governance, service-level objectives, KPIs, risk controls, and value realization metrics supporting scalable and secure service delivery.
  • Leading automation of onboarding, role changes, offboarding, device provisioning, collaboration enablement, and access lifecycle management processes.
  • Partnering with HR Technology, Infrastructure, IAM, and Security teams to integrate workforce events across Workday, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, SailPoint, and endpoint platforms.
  • Ensuring secure, auditable, and timely fulfillment of employee technology services through automation and standardized controls.
  • Owning the automation roadmap for Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and employee technology services.
  • Improving service desk efficiency through intelligent routing, virtual agents, automated remediation, workflow automation, and analytics.
  • Using operational telemetry, employee feedback, and ticket trends to prioritize improvements and investments.
  • Developing AI-enabled employee experiences through virtual assistants, proactive insights, and self-service capabilities.
  • Evaluating emerging workplace technologies, automation platforms, and collaboration solutions that improve productivity.
  • Leading employee technology enterprise automation programs, technical roadmaps, platform integrations, and operational transformation initiatives.
  • Ensuring solutions are secure, resilient, supportable, and aligned with architecture and compliance standards.
  • Establishing executive dashboards measuring automation adoption, service performance, compliance, and employee satisfaction.
  • Communicating roadmap progress, risks, dependencies, and business outcomes to executive leadership.
  • Building strong partnerships across IT, Cybersecurity, HR Technology, Corporate Services, and key vendors. 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • 10+ years leading enterprise IT operations, digital workplace services, automation, service management, identity management, or infrastructure initiatives.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams and enterprise technology programs.
  • Demonstrated success delivering workflow automation, platform integration, and operational transformation initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, ServiceNow, SailPoint, endpoint management, governance, compliance, and IT operations.
