Position Summary:
The IT Manager oversees day-to-day IT operations, support services, systems maintenance, and user experience while driving automation and AI-enabled efficiency in service delivery.
Position Details:
  • Location: Northbrook, IL
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday on-site.
  • Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage IT help desk and support ticketing system
