  • Lead and manage multiple IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize project management tools, including dashboards and reporting systems, utilizing advanced Excel, SQL, and VBA skills.
  • Automate workflows and analyze data to support operational decision-making through the creation of SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
