Title:  IT Shipboard Project Manager - 2 spots 

Location:  Miramar, FL - 4 days a week 

Type: 6+ months

Job Description

Travel is REQUIRED at least 50% TRavel....MUST HAVE A VALID PASSPORT

  • This  role will support the program manager and will primarily deliver on Planning activities however may be asked to manage a Dry Dock as well.
  • Needs to have an understanding of project methodology in a waterfall environment.
  • Also a good understanding of Enterprise Technologies and their application, very good communication skills including but not limited to business presentations, issue resolution and communicating the same message to large teams.
  • They will be required to coordinate cross-team efforts, manage business and IT expectations, scope definition, scope management and documentation budget validation and procurement, design conversations and sign-off.
  • The ability to define and drive project schedules, manage vendors, align the project goals with IT strategic technology and process goals
  • PMP preferred but not required
  • Previous shipboard experience a plus
