About the Role

Founded in April 2013, RightCom is the leading customer experience management company in Africa. Specializing in cloud-based customer experience (CX) software, the company has become a one‑stop shop for all CX needs, adding management consulting and outsourcing (CX BPO) to its enterprise suite, supported by a strong distribution agent network.

Main Mission

Manage, coordinate, and deliver client and internal IT projects on time, within scope, and at the expected quality level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyze technical requirements with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Draft functional and technical specification documents.
  • Develop project plans, allocate tasks, track milestones, and manage priorities.
  • Organize and lead project follow‑up meetings (stand‑ups, checkpoints, steering committees).
  • Collaborate closely with developers (frontend, backend, mobile, DevOps).
  • Coordinate testing, user acceptance phases, and go‑live.
  • Track bug fixes, technical evolutions, and version releases.
  • Validate deliverables with internal or external clients.
Quality Monitoring & Documentation
  • Define success indicators (project KPIs, technical quality, client satisfaction).
  • Draft progress reports and meeting minutes.
  • Identify roadblocks and propose quick, effective solutions.
  • Act as the main IT contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support users during onboarding and initial training phases.
  • Collect user feedback and share with Product teams.
  • Contribute to a smooth, responsive, and professional project experience.
Desired Profile
  • Experience: 3–5 years in IT project management, within SaaS, software integration, or digital transformation environments.
  • Education: Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (traditional and agile).
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, rigor, cross‑functional leadership, and analytical ability.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Notion, Trello, Jira, ClickUp, etc.) and collaboration platforms.
  • Fluency in French; technical English is a plus.
