1. Project initiation and planning
2. Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
3. Developing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
4. Leading and managing cross-functional project teams
5. Coordinating and communicating with stakeholders, vendors, and team members
6. Identifying and mitigating project risks
7. Monitoring progress, identifying and addressing deviations from plans
8. Ensuring quality assurance and control
9. Managing project closures and evaluating project success
10. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
