Job description

• The candidate will be a Technical Project Manager managing B2CIAM (Business to Consumer Identity Access Management) and DFM (Decision and Fraud Management) • Candidate will work with PMO R&R: drawing the technology roadmaps, projects execution (starting from requirement gathering, grooming, planning, interaction with Dev leads, architects, prioritization, publishing the release scope, stakeholder communications (upstream and downstream) • 6-8 years of work experience and a bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent • 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager, working with technical teams developing enterprise • 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project leader, Project/Program manager • Candidate must have technical project management background managed core platform products • Work with cross-functional Project Managers, engineering leaders and team with PMO R&R • Experience in handling complex, cross functional projects • Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and leadership skills • The ability to take on challenges and address the problems head-on • Strong ability to collaborate • Good team player and excellent interpersonal skills • Good analytical and problem-solving skills • Knowledge of Rally and JIRA is a must • Highly Proficient in Scale Agile methodology • Proficient in Microsoft Office
