POSITION DESCRIPTION

IT Asset Specialist – Depot Operations

Department: Information Technology | FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt | Employment Type: Full-Time IT Asset Specialist – Depot Operations

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, hands-on IT Asset Specialist to support depot operations. This role requires someone who can hit the ground running, with strong experience in ServiceNow (SNOW), and the ability to manage asset lifecycle processes while driving audit readiness, reporting, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities Asset Management & Depot Operations: - Create and maintain asset records in ServiceNow (SNOW) - Manage RBS workflow (ROP, Bin, Shelve) ensuring accurate intake and storage - Execute Receive/Order Processing (ROP) and track asset movement - Maintain inventory accuracy through proper binning and shelving Reporting & Data Management: - Build and maintain reports and dashboards in ServiceNow - Track KPIs such as inventory accuracy, backlog, and throughput Inventory & Audit Compliance: - Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts - Support Tech Bar audits and depot compliance activities - Identify discrepancies and drive corrective actions Depot Support & Execution: - Support Tech Bar operations and end-user device intake - Coordinate with cross-functional teams for asset flow Process Improvement & Documentation: - Develop SOPs and improve documentation - Identify process gaps and drive improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

- 2–5+ years in IT Asset Management or Depot Operations - Strong ServiceNow experience (asset management and reporting) - Experience with inventory tracking and audits - Strong data management and Excel skills - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in enterprise depot environments - Familiarity with RBS (ROP, Bin, Shelve) workflows - Experience supporting Tech Bar or end-user services - Knowledge of Mac and Windows device lifecycle
