Job description

Quanex is looking for Client Tech Analyst in Richmond, IN.

The Client Technology Analyst is a key member of Quanex’s Regional IT Support team, providing hands-on technical support across office and manufacturing environments. This role is responsible for supporting users, managing computer hardware and software, coordinating Help Desk requests, supporting local and wide area network operations, and helping ensure IT policies, procedures, and SOX GCC controls are followed. The ideal candidate is a strong technical problem solver who proactively manages support needs and partners with internal teams and external service providers to deliver “World Class” customer satisfaction. This position is based in Richmond, IN, with on-call support, extended hours, weekend work, and travel to other Quanex locations as needed.

  • Consistently follow IT policies, procedures, and SOX GCC controls while delivering “World Class” customer satisfaction.

 What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required.
  • 5 to 8 years of IT support experience with desktop software, hardware products, and problem solving/troubleshooting.
  • Experience working in manufacturing environments preferred.

The salary range for this position is $26.50-$32.50 hourly with the potential to earn an annual bonus.
