P&L-minded leader launching and scaling HYLAN's data center ISP program in the Sterling market. Own delivery excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction across multiple concurrent projects while building a high-performing team and repeatable delivery model.
Duties and responsibilities
• Own project delivery from pre-con through closeout: estimating support, staffing plans, scheduling, materials, QA/QC, and handover.
• Stand up ISP field operations playbooks: MOP/SOP templates, labeling standards (TIA-606), test & certification workflows, photo and as-built requirements.

• Strong client-facing presence; able to represent HYLAN with executives and site leadership.
• BICSI RCDD or DCDC, OSHA-30, PMP a plus; manufacturer certifications (CommScope/Corning, etc.) strongly preferred
