Quality Coordinator (Manufacturing)

We're hiring a Quality Coordinator to join a growing manufacturing company in Jackson, TN. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with manufacturing quality experience who enjoys working with customers, suppliers, and production teams to improve quality and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate quality activities throughout the manufacturing facility
  • Investigate and resolve customer and supplier quality issues
  • Work closely with production, engineering, suppliers, and customers
  • Support corrective actions and continuous improvement projects
  • Analyze quality data and prepare reports
  • Review product specifications and quality requirements
  • Assist with inspections, testing, and product evaluations
  • Maintain quality documentation and records
  • Monitor customer portals and communicate quality updates
  • Support supplier quality initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with company quality standards


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent manufacturing experience
  • 3+ years of manufacturing quality experience
  • Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality systems
  • Automotive manufacturing experience preferred
  • Experience handling customer complaints, investigations, and corrective actions
