CTI is seeking an experienced and motivated Quality Manager to lead and continuously improve our Quality Management System (QMS) across our organization. This is a high-impact leadership role for a quality professional who thrives on driving excellence, building strong processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

As the Quality Manager, you will serve as the champion of our Quality Management System and work closely with leadership, customers, suppliers, and auditors to maintain and enhance quality and ISO standards throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, maintain, and continuously improve the company’s Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Promote customer-focused quality standards and awareness throughout the organization.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with external certification and accreditation bodies.
  • Partner with executive leadership to establish, monitor, and review quality objectives and performance metrics.
  • Oversee supplier qualification, evaluation, and re-evaluation processes, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
  • Develop and manage internal audit programs to verify compliance with quality standards and organizational requirements.
  • Drive corrective and preventive actions when quality standards or audit requirements are not met.
  • Support environmental compliance inquiries across all CTI locations and customer accounts.
  • Manage vendor compliance documentation, including certificates of insurance.
  • Prepare quality reports and recommendations for senior management.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of quality-related experience, or 4 years plus a Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems and auditing practices.
  • Experience working within ISO-certified environments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with employees, vendors, customers, and leadership teams.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following certifications are highly valued:

  • ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
  • ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA)
  • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification

Travel Requirements

Travel approximately 3-4 times per year for:

  • Internal and external audits at CTI locations
  • Supplier/vendor audits
  • Customer audits

Work Environment

  • Primarily office-based position.
  • Occasional standing and walking while conducting audits.
  • Required PPE when visiting warehouse locations:
  • Steel-toed shoes
  • Safety glasses
