Job description

Pay Range: $35.00 - $70.00About the job: Plans, coordinates and directs quality control program designed to ensure continuous production of products consistent with customer requirements. Opportunities for growth: Training is provided to further the knowledge of quality management specific to company policies and standards as well as other areas of the business. Essential Functions & Responsibilities:Develops and analyzes quality plans to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product.Formulates and maintains quality control objectives and coordinates objectives with production procedures in cooperation with other engineering and production to maximize product reliability and minimize costs.Familiarity with flow diagrams, control plans, FMEA and inspection reports is requiredFamiliarity with a variety of gauging methods including; micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, comparators and automated inspection equipment is required. Familiarity with SPC, MCS, gauge R&R studies, gauge calibration is required.Develops corrective actions to findings from internal and external quality auditsExperience with internal audits and familiarity with quality standards including; IATF 16949-2016, ISO 9001-2015 and AS9100D is required. Minimum Experience: 5 years related quality planning experience. Other Requirements:Ability to work collaboratively to solve problems relative to area of responsibility.Ability to adhere to safety rules, policy and procedures.Ability to adhere to employee rules, policy and procedures. Gates Albert Offers a stable environment, excellent benefits, 401(k) match and career growth.EOE, including disability/vets
