Role Overview

As a Major Account Manager at ControlCase, you will own and grow relationships with large enterprise clients across industries, including financial services, healthcare, telecom, retail, hospitality, and government. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll help clients navigate complex compliance landscapes while driving adoption of ControlCase’s full suite of solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise accounts, deeply understanding their business goals and compliance needs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless delivery of services across PCI DSS, ISO 27001, HITRUST, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, FedRAMP, and CMMC.
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities, including One Auditâ„¢, Continuous Compliance, and AI-powered evidence review solutions.
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, compliance, cybersecurity, product, and support teams to deliver tailored client outcomes.
  • Guide clients through the full compliance lifecycle—from initial assessment through ongoing continuous compliance.
  • Deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and executive-level reports.
  • Track account performance, drive renewals, and consistently grow revenue within assigned accounts.
  • Stay current on industry trends, regulatory updates, and ControlCase innovations
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • 8+ years of success in technology sales or account management, including at least 3 years managing large enterprise accounts.
  • Experience in IT compliance, cybersecurity, or managed services environments.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as PCI DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2, HITRUST, HIPAA, GDPR, FedRAMP, or CMMC.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
