Job description

POSITION SUMMARY
Supervises and coordinates the activities of the Casino cashiering function and the CFMs
engaged in providing courteous and professional service to guests.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
To support Celebrity Cruises' mission of sustaining "the world's ultimate premium cruise line with a taste
of luxury," all duties and responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with Celebrity Cruises'
Pillars of Safety, Service and Style, ISM/ISO and SQM standards, USPH guidelines, and environmental
regulations.
Each shipboard employee may be required to perform all functions in various service venues and
throughout the ship.
1. In accordance with Celebrity Cruises' Pillars of Safety, Service and Style, as well as through
Celebrity Connections, each employee conducts oneself in a professional and courteous manner at all
times. This consists of physical and verbal interactions with guests or fellow shipboard employees and/or
in the presence of guest contact and Celebrity Family Member (CFM) areas.
2. Trains and monitors Slot Technicians for proper service according to the Celebrity Connections
standards. Provides on the job training to strengthen their current performance and preparation for
possible advancement to promotional positions. Conducts performance appraisals according to
established procedures at predetermined intervals - notifies Casino management regarding work
schedules and time records.
3. Supervises staff to ensure speed and accuracy of cashiering services in accordance with the
Celebrity Connections standards. Under time constraints or staff shortages, assists employees or
performs cashiering duties.
