We invite you to join our dynamic culinary team and contribute to providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be capable of working across our various food outlets. This role requires versatility, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food quality and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals across our diverse range of food outlets, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
- Understand and follow recipes and presentation specifications as set by the executive chef.
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
- Operate a variety of kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Manage time effectively to meet service, prep, and cleaning expectations.
- Assist in the development of menu items and daily specials.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a cook in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting.
- Culinary school diploma or equivalent professional training is preferred.
- Strong understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
