Job Description
We are seeking a Line Cook to support evening back-of-house operations in a fast-paced seafood restaurant. This role focuses on boiling and steaming seafood while keeping orders moving accurately and efficiently through service. You will communicate with the kitchen team using standard back-of-house language and help maintain a clean, organized workstation through close.
Responsibilities:
  • Boil and steam seafood according to kitchen procedures and order tickets
  • Prepare and organize the station for evening service
  • Communicate clearly with cooks, expo, and other back-of-house team members
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work area throughout the shift
  • Assist with closing and station cleanup at the end of service

  • Must understand and be comfortable using standard back-of-house kitchen language
