Delta Protective Services is hiring a Security Patrol Officer for an HOA vehicle patrol assignment. This active post includes vehicle patrols, foot patrols, visible deterrence, and clear reports. This is a good fit for someone reliable, professional, alert, and able to work graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay and Schedule

- $18.00 - $19.50/hr

- Graveyard: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

- Weekends required

Job Objective

You are an experienced security officer with availability for swing, graveyard, weekend, and holiday shifts. This is a standing, walking, and driving position. You are polite, professional, and courteous. You have a smartphone, use mobile apps, stay visible, follow post orders and client instructions, and help protect people, property, and peace of mind.

Responsibilities

- Keep Guard Card and BSIS training current

- Follow company policies, post orders, and client instructions

- Conduct vehicle and walking patrols

- Help prevent trespassing, theft, vandalism, and property damage

- Report activities using smartphone apps

- Alert law enforcement when a crime or emergency occurs

- Work all assigned hours

- Be polite, professional, and courteous

- Complete other tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications

- Valid California Guard Card

- Valid driver's license

- Driving record acceptable to company and insurance requirements

- Reliable transportation

- Working smartphone with mobile data

- Ability to work graveyard, swing if assigned, weekends, and holidays

- Ability to stand, walk, drive, and remain alert

- Good verbal and written communication in English
