This strategic, cross-functional position serves as a key bridge between supplier programs, sales leadership, and field teams. • Advanced wine knowledge (WSET, CMS, or equivalent preferred).
  • Strong understanding of the three-tier system and trade marketing practices.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, project management, and communication skills.

  • Strong supplier relationship management

What Success Looks Like:

  • Timely, accurate execution of supplier programs and program books
  • High sales team adoption of tools and sell sheets
  • Strong compliance and effectiveness in incentive tracking and trade audits
  • Positive supplier feedback and improved consistency across divisions

If you’re a wine industry professional who loves turning strategy into execution, building effective sales tools, and fostering strong supplier and team relationships, this is an outstanding opportunity to make a significant impact.
