Position:           Information Systems Analyst IV
Location:          241 Ralph McGill Blvd., Atlanta, GA 30308

Duration:          7 Months

Position Overview

The Information Systems Analyst IV is responsible for supporting and administering enterprise Network Attached Storage (NAS) platforms, with a strong preference for Dell EMC PowerScale/Isilon environments. This role requires advanced knowledge of Microsoft and Linux server environments, file services, access control management, and enterprise storage infrastructure.

The ideal candidate possesses strong scripting capabilities, troubleshooting expertise, and experience supporting large-scale enterprise file systems in secure, compliance-driven environments.


Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Storage & File Services Support

  • Administer and support enterprise NAS platforms (Dell EMC PowerScale/Isilon preferred)
  • Manage and support file services across:
    • Microsoft Windows Server environments
    • Linux environments
  • Configure and manage SMB and NFS protocols
  • Support object storage and modern file-sharing technologies

Active Directory & Access Control

  • Administer Active Directory environments
  • Manage file-level permissions and access controls
  • Support identity integration and authentication processes

Automation & Scripting

  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using:
    • PowerShell
    • Bash
    • Python
  • Utilize command-line tools for system administration and troubleshooting

Troubleshooting & Operational Support

  • Diagnose and resolve complex storage, file service, and access control issues
  • Provide ongoing operational support in enterprise environments
  • Participate in system monitoring and performance optimization

Storage Modernization & Migration

  • Support large-scale file migrations
  • Assist with storage modernization initiatives
  • Participate in enterprise infrastructure upgrades

Compliance & Governance Support

  • Support audit, compliance, and legal data requests
  • Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Oracle products such as:
    • WebLogic

  • Experience with:
