Job Description Summary
A visiting faculty position with a general focus on Smart Manufacturing and related topics. The successful candidate will primarily contribute to teaching, curriculum development,and student engagement in areas aligned with smart and advanced manufacturing while supporting the department's mission in education, industry collaboration and applied research in all areas of Industrial and Systems Engineering.
Minimum Qualifications
A PH.D. in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a closely related field with demonstrated expertise in smart manufacturing and general ISE topics. The applicant should show evidence of effective teaching or strong potential for excellence in teaching at the University level, experience with industry-relevant tools in smart manufacturing and experience in in integrating real-world manufacturing problems into coursework.
