Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is currently in search of an experienced Residential HVAC Installer to join their Syracuse, NY Team. The ideal candidate for this position possesses a strong willingness to learn and grow, with a genuine desire to continue learning the skills necessary to become a proficient and highly effective Residential Installer.



Summary:

For over 75 years, Isaac Heating and Air Conditioning has worked diligently to meet the changing heating and air conditioning needs of homeowners and businesses in Upstate and Central New York. Isaac is one of the nation's largest privately held HVAC/R contractors and services over 35,000 clients a year. Isaac partners with leading HVAC and plumbing companies throughout the United States, providing the support and resources of a large national company.



Responsibilities:
  • Perform installation of furnaces, heat pumps, AC units, water heaters etc. for residential clients
  • Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC concerns.
  • Develop basic knowledge of residential and mechanical piping and ductwork.
  • Ensure the HVAC equipment that was installed is clean, safe, and up to high standards before departure.
  • Safely operate hand tools, power tools, generators, and other equipment as required by the job.



Job Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • OSHA 10-hour Certificate preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • 1 to 3 years of experience

The starting base range for this position is $22.00 to $26.00 per hour. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
