Job description

The Irish Exit Atlanta is looking for a Server to join our team. Servers deliver our ‘Welcome Home’ hospitality philosophy and execute our core experience pillars for every customer, every time. Servers at The Irish Exit Atlanta must embody our core values of B.E.S.T.: Being Brilliant, Evolving, Service-Oriented, and Transparent, enabling our company to deliver world-class experiences. A successful candidate must consistently exude these characteristics and competencies. 

SERVER ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Embody our core values.
  • Welcome our customers with our unique ‘Welcome Home’ hospitality philosophy
  • Excellently and consistently execute our core customer experience pillars, our FACTS, which encompasses fantastic Food, Authentic Irish hospitality, quality Cocktails, elite-level serves of our Trifecta (Guinness, Irish Whiskey Coffee, and Irish Whiskey), and Service. 
  • Follow standard operating procedures for opening and closing, as well as for daily versus weekly cleaning tasks. 
  • Consistently follow service etiquette and technical aspects of the role. 
  • Adherence to The Dead Rabbit’s team member handbook.
  • Perform related duties as requested by leadership teams.
  • Be a team player working with other team members when needed or required.
  • Be an effective communicator pre-, during, and post-shift, alerting team members to operational issues or concerns.


ROLE REQUIREMENTS  

  • Candidates must have a hospitality orientation and sufficient floor experience.
  • Candidates must be hungry to learn and grow.
