Job description

Position TitleSenior Therapist, Inpatient Rehab Unit (IRC)Job Description

Purpose & Scope:

To provide an experienced therapist who may also hold a clinical specialty to enhance therapy services. This position would also have a leadership role in program development, quality improvement activities, clinical instruction / supervision, and community education. Position provides upward mobility for staff therapist.

Education:

Bachelors in physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech language pathology is required.

Experience:

Five years of clinical experience is preferred.

Certification/Licensure:

Licensed as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist by the Virginia Department of Health Professions is required.
