Professionals at the IRC often work in fast-paced, high-stress environments where they must respond quickly to emergencies and adapt to rapidly changing circumstances. Common challenges include working in resource-limited settings, navigating cultural differences, and managing emotional stress due to the nature of humanitarian work.
