A Project Safety Coordinator at Irby Construction Company (Transmission Powerline Construction) (TEXAS/OKLAHOMA)

What You'll Do
      • Leading and reinforcing Irby's culture of Ownership of Safety
      • Coaching crews to identify and correct hazards in real time
      • Integrating safety planning into daily operations - from pre-construction throughcompletion
      • Supporting safe execution of transmission activities, including:
        • Structure erection, wire stringing, rigging, energized line work, grounding,and heavy equipment operations and more
      • Leading tailgate talks, site meetings, and on-the-job training
      • Managing incident investigations, reporting, and corrective actions
      • Ensuring OSHA compliance, audits, and documentation
      • Driving continuous improvement and proactive risk manage
