STRUCTURAL Building Envelope team has opportunities for a Traveling Rope Access Level 3 Supervisor to lead specialized crews performing structural repairs and restoration projects across the United States.

What You'll Be Doing
• Leading and supervising rope access technicians on complex restoration and repair projects
• Planning daily work activities and coordinating field operations with Project Managers and Superintendents
• Performing and overseeing facade restoration, waterproofing, concrete repair, structural strengthening, and building envelope work
• Conducting pre-task planning, safety meetings, and site-specific training
• Mentoring and developing rope access technicians and future field leaders
• Maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity
• Traveling extensively to support projects throughout the U.S.
What We're Looking For
🔹 Current SPRAT Level 3 or IRATA Level 3 certification
🔹 5+ years of construction or industrial rope access experience
🔹 Proven experience leading field crews and coordinating project execution
🔹 Background in concrete repair, facade restoration, waterproofing, structural strengthening, coatings, or related specialty contracting work
🔹 Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
🔹 OSHA 30 certification required
🔹 Willingness to travel extensively and work at heights in a variety of environments
