Currently, Solution has volunteers in 30 countries: USA, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, Nigeria, Cameroon, Kenya, Rwanda, Egypt, UAE, Qatar, United Kingdom, Portugal, Germany, France, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Sweden, Denmark, Turkey, Iran, Iraq, India, Pakistan, Kuwait, Georgia and even Australia.

We look forward to advancing global solutions capable of solving the most persistent global challenges. We are developing a social platform where people, groups, communities, institutions, non-profit/non-governmental organizations, and businesses can engage and collaborate to solve societal and personal issues related to healthcare, education, climate change, discrimination, work, business, etc.

Senior Recruiter (Volunteer Position): This is a part-time remote opportunity. We are looking for a volunteer, who strives to make a difference and contribute to making the world a better place.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare job descriptions before job posting.
  • Post jobs on different platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc).
  • Filter, and rank candidates' resumes from bigger experience to lower based on our special criteria.
  • Contact candidates, and filter people, who are not ready for volunteer work.
  • Schedule meetings for candidates who are ready for volunteer work with the Founder.
  • Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
  • Inform candidates about decisions.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, equivalent years of experience
  • 3 - 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices, as well as employment law and compliance requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment-related software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A Proactive approach to hiring and a solutions-oriented attitude
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with Google docs.
  • High-energy and passion
  • Demonstrated ability to meet quotas.
