At GCI, we solve the hard problems. As an Cyber Technical Analyst, a typical day will include the following duties:
Description
GCI is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Cyber Technical Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate is responsible for the below.
  1. The resource shall conduct project research and publish project leads.
  2. The resource shall provide targeting support and overwatch for case management.
  3. The resource shall facilitate and maintain relationships with other client and USIC partners.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Demonstrated experience conducting in-depth targeting research and analysis on target priorities.
  • Demonstrated experience crafting actionable leads and issuing detailed targeting packages to Stations via cables.
  • Demonstrated experience with projects against targets.
  • Demonstrated experience and ability to determine work requirements and perform work without supervision.
  • Demonstrated experience and ability to communicate complex information and concepts to an audience of varying levels of technical expertise.
  • Demonstrated experience and interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • Demonstrated experience and ability to sort through, catalog, and analyze multiple forms of data types using an array of tolls and methods to achieve targeting objectives.
  • Demonstrated experience in utilizing technical targeting processes and targeting tools.

Desired Skills and Abilities
  • Demonstrated experience with Iran targets and/or Farsi language ability.
  • Demonstrated experience and familiarity with NSA's mission areas to effectively use SIGNIT in support of targeting efforts.
  • Demonstrated experience and educational or work background in cybersecurity or computer-related topics.

Education Requirement
  • BA/BS (or equivalent experience)

Experience Requirement
  • 8-10 years of experience
