Job description

Overview

Wealth Client Specialist will collaborate with the Personal Trust IRA team as a key partner to support and enhance existing IRA processes. Working together to provide quality assurance and quality control functions consistent with first line of defense established policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.


Responsibilities
  • IRA distribution processing

    This role will manage distribution requests as received from fiduciary team. This involves reviewing details of the request to ensure accuracy and correctness, along with coordinating corrections with the fiduciary team as needed.  Will partner with Trust Operations to ensure all requests are completed timely.

    IRA Recommendation Production

    Will assist with production of rollover recommendations as required by the IRA Prohibited Transaction Exemption PTE 2020-02.  This will include the review of documentation provided by the fiduciary team, and conducting data analysis to generate the recommendation.

    Other Duties

    The Specialist will assist with other duties to support the Personal Trust IRA Team which include the review of IRA transactions, validation of IRA data and participation in various projects.


Qualifications

Bachelor degree and related banking or financial services experience OR High school diploma or GED with minimum of 4 years of trust or financial services experience.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in IRA Administration or Processing
  • Prior experience in Wealth Management/Trust or financial services
  • Highly organized, detail oriented and efficient at task completion
