Job description

You will be the Air-Launched Rapid Response Weapon (ARRW) Production Operations Integrated Product Team (IPT) Manager for the Production Operations Integrated Product Team (IPT). Our team is responsible for overseeing endtoend missile manufacturing, ensuring product quality, and driving costeffective production.


What You Will Be Doing


As the Air-Launched Rapid Response Weapon (ARRW) Production Operations Integrated Product Team (IPT) Manager you will be responsible for overseeing endtoend missile manufacturing, ensuring product quality, and driving costeffective production.


Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



  • Lead cost, quality and schedule management for AUR production, with focus on supporting the Troy site.

  • Direct capital planning, facilitization, and tooling initiatives to successfully transition production restart efforts.

  • Coordinate crossfunctional teams including design, supply chain, and reliability to resolve technical issues.

  • Manage budgets, travel, and stakeholder communication with customers and senior leadership.

  • Identify risks, develop recovery plans, and present actionable solutions to management.
