Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IP Litigation Paralegal to support our attorneys in managing intellectual property disputes, including trademark, copyright, and patent litigation. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, an understanding of litigation processes, and familiarity with IP-specific procedures in federal courts and before the USPTO.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist attorneys with case management throughout all phases of litigation, from pre-filing to trial and appeal.
  • Draft, proofread, and file legal documents including pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and motions.
  • Manage document production, including review, organization, and preparation for depositions and trial.
  • Conduct legal and factual research related to intellectual property matters.
  • Coordinate with clients, witnesses, experts, and opposing counsel.
  • Maintain litigation calendars, deadlines, and case files.
  • Prepare exhibits, binders, and other trial-related materials.
  • Ensure compliance with court rules and procedures, including electronic filing systems (e.g., PACER, ECF)
