Are you a mortgage professional looking for a stable, salaried position as a Loan Partner Pre-Approval Specialist?

Would you enjoy being on a team where you can help clients achieve their goal of home ownership without having to hunt for new business or the stress of living 100% on commission?

If you have a passion for qualifying clients and want to be part of a great team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

The LP2 role plays a critical role in ensuring loans are structured properly, communicated clearly, and closed on time.

This role works closely with the Loan Officer, borrowers, processors, underwriters, and third-party partners to maintain 95%+ on-time closings while delivering a concierge-level borrower and referral partner experience.

  • Consistently exceed borrower and referral partner expectations

Qualifications:
  • Hold at least one active, valid state MLO license through the NMLS

  • Minimum of 5 years of mortgage loan officer assistant who qualifies borrower or origination experience

  • Will obtain an Iowa state license within 30 days of starting employment

  • Proficient in DU/DO, LP, and investor guidelines
