Job Summary:
Lowry Solutions provides cutting-edge supply chain technologies and is seeking a Professional Systems Engineer with expertise in mobile computing, industrial print, and IoT solutions. The role involves designing and implementing tailored solutions for Fortune 1000 clients, working closely with sales and services teams, and providing technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
• Design and recommend mobile and print solutions using platforms like Android Enterprise and Zebra Technologies
• Create technical documentation, hardware BOMs, and assist with device image creation and MDM enrollments.
• Support sales by participating in customer meetings, demos, and pre-sales planning.
• Provide training and technical expertise to internal teams and clients.
• Stay current with product roadmaps, emerging technologies, and vendor certifications.
• Collaborate on RFID solution design and implementation for tracking assets across complex environments.
• Analyze customer business processes and translate them into technical system requirements.
• Manage solution deployment from planning to testing and support.
• Work cross-functionally with our software development and project teams to ensure solution success.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 3–5 years of experience in enterprise mobility, industrial print, or IoT/RFID technologies
• Proficiency with mobile OS platforms (Android, iOS), MDM solutions (SOTI, Workspace ONE, Intune), and print systems
• Familiarity with Zebra or Honeywell hardware and software tools (StageNow, DataWedge, etc.)
• Strong customer-facing skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience
Preferred:
• Certifications with Zebra, Honeywell, SOTI, or Android Enterprise
• Experience in supply chain environments or GS1 labeling standards
• Knowledge of enterprise labeling tools (BarTender, Loftware, Teklynx)
