Job Title: Senior Implementation Engineer – Tulip MES

Location: Indianapolis, IN / Kansas City / Winslow, ME / Iowa (100% Onsite)

Duration: 6+ Months

Employment Type: W2 / Independent Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Implementation Engineer – Tulip MES to design, configure, and deploy digital manufacturing solutions across pharmaceutical production facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure Tulip applications for manufacturing operations
• Implement Electronic Batch Records (eBR), digital work instructions, and quality workflows
• Integrate Tulip with SAP, LIMS, PLC/SCADA, historians, and IoT systems
• Develop and support integrations using REST APIs, SQL, and Python
• Support validation activities including IQ/OQ/PQ, CSV, URS/FRS documentation, and traceability
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and GAMP 5 requirements
• Support UAT, deployment, go-live, and production support activities
• Troubleshoot workflow, integration, and data integrity issues
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, and IT teams
• Develop technical documentation, SOPs, and training materials

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of MES / Manufacturing IT experience
• Hands-on experience with Tulip Platform / Tulip MES
• Experience implementing Electronic Batch Records (eBR)
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing environments
• Experience with SAP, LIMS, PLC, and SCADA integrations
• Proficiency with REST APIs, SQL, and/or Python
• Experience with GMP, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, CSV, and GAMP 5
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

• Multi-site MES deployment experience
• Industry 4.0 / Digital Manufacturing experience
• IoT-enabled manufacturing experience
• Cloud platform exposure (Azure or AWS)
