Job description

Tharros provides support for the execution of various USAF and Joint exercises for ShOC-N. We have an immediate opportunity for Battle Lab EMSO, Cyber, and IO Plannerto join our team.

In this role you will provide information operations, electronic warfare, and cyber expertise for planning and executing accurate tactics and communications across military operations and exercises. Specifically, cyber operations focused with experience in some combination of defensive cyber operations (DCO), offensive cyber operations (OCO), and DoD Information Network Operations (DoDIN Ops) planning and execution, as well as experience in exercise IO- EW capability to include coordination with EXCON, exercise training audiences for IO-EW consideration and requirements. Ensures effects of IO-EW are incorporated for database and model development for FLAG and other supported Joint and Air Force exercises. Will support Service and COCOM exercises, demonstrations, simulations, war games and related events. Provides briefings and staff level support to out brief FLAG exercise activities, to include briefing senior leaders within the DoD. Prepares correspondence, presentations, graphics, analysis, and other documentation. Will prepare, review, edit and comment on surveys, analyses, requirements documents, and assessments.
