Responsibilities
  • Identify key information on various vendor invoices.

  • Keep detailed notes on current processes and procedures.
  • Communicate internally and externally as needed, both in writing and orally.

Work Environment

Located in Salt Lake City, Utah, this full-time position requires on-site presence from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. You will be part of a small team of three members, not including the manager, who provides direct feedback in a collaborative setting. The work culture promotes learning and growth, with the manager actively using feedback as a teaching tool. Employees benefit from a 401K with a 4% match after six months, eligibility for an annual COLA and/or merit bonus after 12 months, and 13 days of PTO that increases by 40 hours after the third-year anniversary.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
