About Day & Nite Plumbing & Heating
We've been part of the Lynnwood community for more than 68 years! We are family-owned and operated, and we treat everyone on our team just like family as well. Scheduling in the office is done with the latest industry-standard cloud-based software, Service Titan. This is not a remote working position. Our office uses the current version of Office 365, which includes: Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook,.... and more. In-house IT Support and current phone and computer network system.
Role Summary
Our customer service representative will be responsible for assisting existing or new customers with scheduling needs for their plumbing, heating, and cooling services. You will also become the owner of office projects that might include: invoicing, client management, and A/R.
Key Duties
  • Help promote Day & Nite by booking appointments.
  • Managing incoming calls
  • Follow up on incoming customer requests.
  • Support other Customer Service Representatives on the team.
  • Office administrative work, including invoicing and AR.
  • Book appointments to optimize scheduling techs in the field.

Job-Specific Experience, Education & Skills Required
  • A minimum of 6 months of customer service or community service experience.
  • Excellent communication skills (e.g., verbal, written, listening).
  • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
  • Familiar with Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts (e.g., holidays).
  • Ability to learn and operate a scheduling system using Service Titan
  • Ability to adapt to performing work according to set procedures.
  • Ability to anticipate the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate in English.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum age of 18.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
