THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE:
The Sr IT Analyst DevOps for SAP Finance will be responsible for supporting Finance modules in the SAP S/4 HANA environment, SAP Central Finance (CFIN), and Vendor Invoice Management. As a member of SAP Finance DevOps, you will oversee all production support and maintenance activities for SAP S/4 HANA Finance, including system stability, high availability, and performance optimization. You will facilitate end-to-end incident, request, problem, change management request, root cause analysis and preventive maintenance. You will partner with finance stakeholders, business process owners and other IT partners to gather requirements, prioritize deliverables and ensure alignment with business objectives.
YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY:
  • As a Sr Analyst DevOps Finance, provides L1 and L2 support for SAP S/4 finance modules and interfaces.
  • Design, configure and test SAP S/4 finance modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Controlling, Treasury, and Invoice Management.
  • Works closely with DevOps consultants both on-shore and off-shore to determine impact, priority, and solution of issues.
  • Proactively support the Period-Close, Quarter-Close and Year-End Close activities for business partners.
  • Build trusted relationships with business partners, IT teams and consulting partners.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP S/4 HANA Finance with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, WM) and external systems.
  • Review and approve DevOps turnover for new functionality entering the S/4 finance landscape. Develops procedures and documentation for applications support.
  • Advises on application security, upgrades, backups, and archival needs. Ensures that all requests for support follow standards and proper procedures.
  • Follows controls while working in SDLC environment.
  • Facilitates open communication and discussion between stakeholders. Acts as a single point of contact by developing and maintaining stakeholder engagement of strategies and plans.

ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, a related field, or applicable work experience.
  • 5+ years hands on SAP FICO experience as functional and/or support analyst.
  • Skilled and comfortable with tackling complex challenges, either in leading the troubleshooting effort or advising others.
  • Experience leading, designing, completing configurations and enhancements within SAP S/4.
  • Ability to create and maintain documentation such as functional specifications, process flows, and supporting documentation.
  • Good understanding on batch jobs and their dependencies.
  • Strong leadership skills in accountability and customer focus.
  • Proactive and able to catch issues before failures.
  • Experience interacting with business users at all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills; feels comfortable working with non-technical business partners.
  • Experience collaborating with other IT areas such as ABAP, Basis, Security and Integrations.
  • Experience presenting solutions to IT and business partners.
  • Knowledge in using JIRA, Confluence and SharePoint is a plus.
  • Work with production support and project consultants in an onshore / offshore model.
  • Flexibility of providing support during odd hours, weekends, and peak seasons.
  • Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Minimal travel required (training/conferences).

The pay range for this position is $102,900.00 - $135,000.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company's bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
