Neurology RN OpportunityThis is a general neurology practice focused on treating patients with a variety of neurological illnesses, such as TBI, stroke, CVA, substance abuse, etc. An RN in this role will need to be well rounded, patient, and understanding of the nature of neurological illnesses.

An RN in this role will: Manage Epic nurse in-boxes and work queuesTriage and respond to patient phone calls and MyChart messagesProcess medication refill requests and route for provider signature as neededManage and coordinate lab orders, imaging orders, and resultsSupport high acuity neurology patients, including infusion related coordination (e.g., Leqembi)Transcribe and document voicemail messages into EpicProcess inbound clinical faxes requiring provider review or signatureAbstract and enter labs (e.g., Invitae / GeneDx genetic testing)Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentationSupport patient safety and continuity of care across assigned providersPerform other duties as within the scope of a Registered NurseRole: RNStart Date: ASAPShift: 5 x 8 DaysYears of Experience REQ: 6 moFirst-Timers Accepted: YesWeekend REQ: NoIs on-call REQ?
